Are your castles safe?

Yes, safety is our top priority. All our equipment undergoes regular maintenance and safety checks to ensure they meet industry standards.

Are you insured?

Absolutely. We are covered $20 million Public Liability Insurance which allows us to set up our castles and soft play in any Perth council

Can we decorate the castles?

Our castles were manufactured to allow for personalised decorations for each event. Castles can be decorated with flower arrangements, balloons or anything else you have in mind. We can help to connect with people to create the perfect decorations for you.

Are your products sanitized and cleaned regularly?

Absolutely! We clean and sanitize all our bouncy castles and soft play equipment thoroughly after each use to maintain high hygiene standards.

How far in advance should I book the equipment for my event?

It is recommended to book as early as possible to secure the equipment for your preferred date and time. Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons.

Do we need power on site?

Don’t have power on site? We have top of the range, quiet Honda generators that can be supplied. Generators will incur a small additional cost.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking. Bookings cancelled less than 10 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

Do you require a bond?

We do not take a bond for bouncy castles. A bond of $150-$200 is required for soft play, depending on package size.

Do you delivery and setup?

Yes, our team will ensure the equipment is installed safely and correctly. Delivery and set up to most areas is included in our pricing.

Is there an age limit for using the bouncy castles and soft play equipment?

We provide bouncy castles suitable for all age groups, even adults. Please ask us for recommendations on which castles are best suited to different ages. Our soft play is suited to children only.

Do you service areas outside the Perth metro area?

We can deliver our castles to events outside of the metro area. This will be dependent on availability and may incur extra costs. Please send us an enquiry to discuss further.

Can we set up the castle at our local park?

Absolutely! If you let your local council know, we can provide you with our public liability certificate which you will require to satisfy council policy. We can also supply generators for power.

What happens in case of bad weather on the day of the event?

At The White Castle Co, safety is our number one priority. We will monitor the weather the week of your booking and ensure it is safe to set up. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be provided.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
