Can we decorate the castles?

Our castles were manufactured to allow for personalised decorations for each event. Castles can be decorated with flower arrangements, balloons or anything else you have in mind. We can help to connect with people to create the perfect decorations for you.

Are your castles safe?

At The White Castle Co, we check all equipment thoroughly before each booking and our castles are manufactured to strictly adhere to Australian Standards ensuring the safety of our customers.

Do you service areas outside the Perth metro area?

We can deliver our castles to events outside of the metro area, including events down south. This will be dependent on availability and may incur extra costs. Please send us an enquiry to discuss further.

Is The White Castle Co. insured?

We are fully insured for $10 million public liability which means our castles can be set up pretty much anywhere!

Are we required to supply power or does The White Castle Co. provide its own source of power?

Don’t have electricity at you event location? We have top of the range, quiet generators that can be supplied to run the air blowers for the castles.  The supply of a power supply may incur extra costs.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If your castle is cancelled 10 days before the booking date, you will receive a full refund of any money paid. For cancellations less than 10 days from booking date, the deposit is non-refundable. Some exceptions may apply.

Does your staff have Working with Childrens Checks?

All our staff undergo strict background checks and have Working with Childrens Checks

Can we set up the castle at our local park?

Absolutely! If you let your local council know, we can provide you with our public liability certificate which you will require to satisfy council policy. We can also supply generators for power.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

At The White Castle Co, safety is our number one priority! We will monitor the weather the week of your booking, if forecasts look grim, we work with you to find the best possible outcome. In the event of a cancellation, full refund will be provided.

How do we pay?

We accept Bank Transfer, Credit Card and Cash on the day payment. All bookings require a deposit to secure the booking.

How much space to you need?

Our Smallest castles are 4m x 4m so they will require an are a little larger than this. Areas must be clear of branches or any obstacles which may cause harm to participants or damage the castles.

How long does it take to set up/pack up?

15-20 mins for set up and pack up is all we need!

Can The White Castel Co provide someone to supervise the event?

Given our castles are white, there is strictly no food, drink or footwear allowed on the castles. If you require one of our staff to assist in supervising your event to ensure these rules are adhered to, we can provide you with one. Our staff are well dressed, hold a ‘Working with Children Certificate’ and are trained in all aspects of supervision of children on our jumping castles.

You may even like to have one of our trained supervisors attend your backyard party to allow the adults to fully enjoy the event without the need to supervise the kids!
